With careful estate planning, you and your family can help support FUSION in ways that provide financial benefits to you and philanthropic
support to South King and North Pierce county communities in Washington State.
The following ideas are provided for information only and may require you to work with an attorney or financial planner to develop a giving plan
that is consistent with your personal financial goals. Contact the FUSION office at 253-874-1257 for additional information or with any
questions you may have.
Leave a Legacy
You can help FUSION through bequests and other planned gifts. Leave behind a legacy of care and support for the poor and homeless. When you make
a financial bequest to an organization you believe in you leave a gift that can change the future of many generations.
Earn tax savings while transferring assets to heirs. Through estate planning, there are ways for you to transfer future assets to heirs at a
substantially reduced gift and estate tax cost while supporting FUSION during your lifetime.
It is possible to name FUSION as the beneficiary to an existing insurance policy. Or a new policy can be established naming FUSION as beneficiary.
Retirement savings can quickly dwindle when hit by federal income, estate and excise taxes. When you name FUSION as the beneficiary of
these assets you can save your estate and heirs both income tax and federal estate taxes.
Additional Ways to Help
There are other ways FUSION can use your help in providing housing and support services to homeless families. We gratefully welcome:
