FUSION Resources

FUSION provides transitional housing and support services to families facing homelessness. At this time we do not have facilities for emergency aid to people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Our Family Center shelter is on track to open in July 2020. The following resources will connect you to specialized services for more immediate help.

If you are a family in need of housing, call 2-1-1 for Family Housing Connection and they will set up an appointment for you to be interviewed for housing placement.
